1. Merchandiser – Account Management

Tugas & Kewajiban :

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customer
  • Ensure execution of marketing strategies, company objectives, and revenue target fulfillment.
  • Solving problems or dispute with merchants, focusing on how Dekoruma can help merchants to perform.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as creative and marketing to achieve organizational goals.
  • Maintain a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Persyaratan :

  • Min. bachelor degree from any field  
  • 1-2 years working experience in any of these field is preferable: account management,
  • customer relations, or service related occupation.
  • Maximum 28 years old
  • Relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Problem solving skills  and service oriented
  • Computer proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Having prior experience in ecommerce role is a plus

2. Digital Marketing Technologist

Tugas & Keajiban :

  1. Create and manage online marketing campaign to achieve target
  2. Grow customer acquisition
  3. Campaign analysis using data driven approach to maximize ROI
  4. Working together with Product & Technology team to build in-house marketing application

Persyaratan :

  1. Computer Science/Mathematics/Engineering/Any quantitative fields (there’s a bunch of numbers & technology involved).
  2. Analytical and logical thinking.
  3. Eagerness to learn new things
  4. Self motivated, like challenges and willingness to get things done
  5. Hands-on understanding of the online marketing industry.
