  •  Graduates S1 / S2 from various disciplines except, teacher, art, literature / culture, philosophy, public health and nursing.
  • Active in the organization, both within and outside the campus.
  • Graduate GPA of at least 3:01 to 3:20 S1 and a minimum GPA for graduates S2.
  • Can speak English both orally and in writing.
  • Not married, maximum age 26 years.
  • Energetic, confident, able to communicate well, have a high motivation, and love a challenge.
  • Willing to not  marry for the period of education ODP.
  • Willing to be placed in the BSM network throughout Indonesia.
  • Computer literate at least MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Has never participated in the selection process of employees of Bank Syariah Mandiri in the last 6 months.
